Day Of The Clubs 2018

Killarney 4x4 will be hosting the KZN Day of the Clubs on 29-30 September 2018.

Monday – 1 September 2018
1. All club obstacle information sheets to be submitted – no submissions will be accepted after this day.
2. A list of drivers to be submitted MAX 10 per club.

Monday – 10 September 2018

All sponsored gifts to be collected – Stand bookings close.

Saturday – 29 September 2018
08:00 Gates open
08:00 Clubs to start obstacle setup for Sunday’s event.
09:00 Registration for ALL drivers / Collection of vehicle stickers / collection of event pass
12:00 Marshall and Driver briefing
14:00 All club Chairmen and marshals to inspect all obstacles to ensure that there is no problems on the Sunday.
18:00 + Campfire stories

Sunday – 30 September 2018
07:00 Gates open
08:00 Short driver briefing
08:30 4x4 challenges to start
08:30 Potjie challenge to start / Coloring competition to start
14:00 Potjie challenge ends – Judges will circulate with score sheets
15:00 4x4 challenge to end / Coloring competition to end
16:30 Estimated time for Prize giving (May vary due to event circumstances)

Entrance Fees for 4x4 Challenge, Potjie Competition & Coloring Competition

4X4 Challenge
Please note that all drivers should register WITH their co-drivers.
R100 per person (R200 per Team) to be paid cash on Saturday, 29 September 2018.

Potjie Competition
Registration for Potjiekos Competition will be on the Sunday morning or by emailing your booking form to Killarney 4x4.
Each team will exist of max 4 members
R200.00 per potjie entered.

Coloring Competition
The coloring competition registration will be open on Sunday, 30 September 2018 from 08:00am to 15:00pm.
R5.00 per entry

Entrance fees for all Spectators
Day Visitors: Adults: R80.00
Children 5-12 years: R40.00
Camping: Adults: R100.00 p/p p/n
Children 5-12 years: R50.00 p/c p/n

 Promotional Stands Only
 Marshals pay half price – Names not listed as Marshals will pay full price.
