Day Of The Clubs - Killarney

The committee  have decided to cancel our club participation  in the Killarney 4x4 Day of the Clubs event as we don't have enough members available

 

KZN Day of the clubs is Scheduled this year for 12 – 13 October 2019

Teams registered before end of September will get 40 bonus points.
teams registering on Saturday 12 October 2019 will get 20 bonus points
Teams registering on the day will receive no bonus points.

Killarney 4x4 will be hosting the KZN Day of the Clubs on 12-13 October 2019

Saturday – 12 October 2019              

08:00                           Gates open                 

08:00                           Clubs to start obstacle setup for Sunday’s event.                        

09:00                           Registration for ALL drivers / Collection of vehicle stickers / collection of event pass                 

12:00                           Marshall and Driver briefing                  

14:00                           All club Chairmen and marshals to inspect  all obstacles to ensure that there is no problems on the Sunday.                       

18:00 +                        Campfire stories                         

Sunday – 13 October 2019                    

07:00                            Gates open                  

07:30                           Driver Registration - Indemnity sign off           

08:00                           Short driver briefing                  

08:30                           Driver Registration – Indemnity sign off ends         

08:30                           4x4 challenges to start              

08:30                           Potjie challenge to start / Colouring competition to start               

14:00                           Potjie challenge ends – Judges will circulate with score sheets                         

15:00                           4x4 challenge to end / Colouring competition to end
