XMAS LUNCH – Saturday 4^th December 2021

This year’s Christmas Party will be held at the Non-Stop Adventures venue again.

The meal will be a lunch time do (12 Noon) and will consist of lamb on a spit with roast potatoes with three salads accompanied by bread rolls and followed with ice cream and tea/coffee.
All tables, chairs, crockery and cutlery will be provided.

All members will need to provide is themselves and their drinks whilst some help decorating will be appreciated.

The Committee has decided to subsidize the cost of the function and all members will be asked to contribute R80 per person.

Please note that the R80 fee applies to members, partners and children below the age of 18 years.

Members guests will be welcome but will have to pay the full rate of R160 per person.

It is anticipated that many members will take the opportunity to do some mild to adventurous 4x4 driving either before or after the lunch. There will probably be an experienced member or two around to assist those who may like some help or advice.

Please:
1. Register as soon as possible to enable us to estimate for numbers; and
2. Deposit R80 per person into club bank account using your name + Xmas to enable Regi to allocate appropriately.
